Referral Program

I was part of the previous referral program where I was supposed to receive a wall connector. I've been waiting for seven months. I've emailed the Referral group, and their response was "Your award is documented correctly and will be fulfilled. Units are shipping as inventory permits. The long wait is understandably frustrating, so your continued patience is appreciated!"

Since Tesla is bleeding cash, I just think they are in survival mode.

Funny enough I just got email from Tesla to make sure my shipping info was correct for the referral wall connector. Been waiting since February. Before I was told early 2020 is when to expect it. Nice surprise today. Good luck

Interesting. A few days ago Tesla finally delivered my wall connector, after an 8 month wait. Two months ago I moved, and unlike your case, they did not confirm the shipping address and so ended up shipping to my old address. I had updated my address on my online Tesla account, but apparently their referral award system is not fully integrated with it.
