How did you remove the emblem? All you should need is to warm up the emblem and run some dental floss behind the emblem to cut the adhesive. If you pried or did something else to remove it you may have marred up your clear.
I think you still have sticker residue on there. Use 3M adhesive remover or stoner's tarminator (or goo gone) to try again.
If you are sure all the adhesive is gone, I'd do a very quick clay and then polish on that spot. If you don't have a random orbital or similar, you can hand polish with a mild polish (like 3M swirl remover which is avail at any auto parts store).

The haze is on areas where the badge wasn't. So either the stuff you used to remove the badge hazed the clear coat, or the glue got spread around a bit. Knowing which will help figure out what to do next.

What solvent did you use to wipe away the double-side tape left on the car? Using a hairdryer and some Goo-Gone won't leave a mark like that, but using something stronger like WD-40 or something harsh will.
Looks like you'll need to get a buffing wheel with a light cutting pad and some polish, and buff that area out now.
