Removing the Passenger Seat Track Cover

I'm trying to expose the floor bolts for the passenger seat in my late 2016 Model S. The track that the seat runs on has a plastic covering that covers the bolts in the front and back on each side, but for the life of my I can't figure out how to remove these plastic covers (without just ripping them off). I even checked the service manual which tells me to "release the clips" that I can't see at all.

Does anyone have any idea on how to remove these without destorying them?
