Where can I call about the status of an ordered part?
Someone hit my M3 and the body shop ordered the rear quarter panel back on December 7th. I call the body shop every week and they say it doesn't show a ship date yet. I would like to call Tesla myself to find out what is going on. Where should I start?

I have no idea if this is still accurate, but some older information on TMC in a few threads had the following information. You can try this, but again, I have zero idea if it still exists, the support workflow, etc.
