Repeater camera, which part number is the most up-to-date?

Hello, I own a '21 M3LR built in January, got the glare and bleeding issue on both cameras
Recently I started driving more at night and it's quite awful see nothing so, since I had to go to service for another problem, I requested a quote for change them.

They proposed me:
LAMP ASSEMBLY - SIDE REPEATER CAMERA - LEFT HAND (1495864-20-E)
LAMP ASSEMBLY - SIDE REPEATER CAMERA - RIGHT HAND (1495865-20-D)

I noticed they offered me different revision, started lurking around this forum and noticed people said the E version still got the bleeding because the pcb is not fixed

I went to the epc.tesla and looked around to find out the E version is not even there but there are others versions
For the LEFT:
1125106-50-J
1495864-20-F

For the RIGHT:
1125107-77-E
1125107-50-J ( with this note : 1125106-77/66-* & 1125107-77/66-* is used only for M3. Available for order Over-the-Counter in Europe. )
1495865-20-F

So the question is: are they trying to sell me some old stock ? Which is the latest revision and the most updated version?
Seems there are 2 version, the one starting with 149* and the other with 112*, for the right side seems the 77-E variant is older than the 50-J?

Since they won't change them under warranty and I've to pay out of my pocket, I would like to receive the most updated version

I know I can ask the service center but I would prefer to get a true answer 😄
