REpost from main section:

I am hearing this “rattle” under acceleration especially when car is “cold” or beginning of the drive. Seems more prevalent when turning. Car is a 2020 S performance raven on 21” wheels. sorry for the link.

My 2021 S is making a chassis noise as well now as the weather gets cooler.

I bought the car (used from Tesla) at the end of January - it was making a chatter/clunk sound. As we got into spring and warmed up, it went away.

Now that it's coming back, I'll wait till we're consistently cold and then have the service center address it. They know about it, have heard it, and have a record of it, so I'm not worried. Just hasn't been worth taking my time to bring in yet.

I'm pretty convined it's the sway bar end links.

Yours, however, sounds to me more like the infamous halfshafts on the Raven platform. Had those replaced in our Model X, and it's stayed gone.
