Great to hear. Does my idea make sense from the assumption that the newer camera is of higher resolution and/or wider angle and/or may deal with rain drops slightly better?
Fair enough, but does the higher quality argument make sense? Do we have any idea the resolution increase from the two cameras?I doesn't improve the rain drop issue.
Thanks for the new URL. But still stuck
I can get to ev-acc.com
Found the menu item for "coming soon"
Clicked on the link:
Reservations for new production run of front/rear camera switch kit
And that redirects to the page that won't load at:

looks like i'm late to the party, i would love to add a front 1080 camera to my new model s, did the 2nd production run ever happen?
We will also need a volunteer to try installation on a Model S with autopilot (that so we can provide specific installation instructions for AP cars). I’ll provide the volunteer with a free PCB and remote, theirs to keep.
The cost will be about $200 for a production run of 50 units.
Is that $200 per board, or $4 per board?
Or do we have to track down the older 480 line cameras?
