Rolling Marble Sound Under Car & Heater Crackle

Curious if anyone can provide some feedback on what this sound may be? I’m 4 days into ownership of an awd non P Model 3 and hear a ball rolling under the car (in the covered chassis). It will roll from one side to the other and knock against a wall. Happens on acceleration and typically on turns. It literally sounds like a marble is rolling side to side. Any thoughts? This came out of the blue.

Also, there’s some static/crackling sounds coming out of the vent when the heater is on. I haven’t tried with AC, but pretty sure it’s when only the heater is on.

Hopefully these are easy fixes. I’m planning on a road trip with the fam in a couple days.

Older thread but I’m hearing the same rolling ball around sound now. Sounds like something is fell loose and is rolling around side to side. Going to the SC in a few weeks to have it checked out.
