SAE J1772 adapter no longer included in purchase?

Who's "our"? For my own experience, I used to use the J1772 adapter a couple of times of week when I charged at work. Haven't used it since I retired almost three years ago.

i was just kidding. the "our data" excuse was used when deleting lumbar support in pax front seat and UMC was deleted for new orders

i use the J1772 a few times a year when on vacation and using free city chargers in Taos or obscure L2 in middle of nowhere.

I plan on using the J1772 once we are back in office. Haven't had a chance since we are still in home-office mode.

Ahh, now I got it! I do carry my J1772 adapters in the car and I initially did plan on using it last month when I was up in Ashland, OR. However I found a EVCS CHAdeMO station that was free (part of the WCEH system).

But if you don’t get the mobile charger, at least that adapter would allow folks to charge at public chargers other than Superchargers.

Grab one on Amazon anyway. If you have the J1772 at home you will end up wanting to leave one there and have one in the car. Otherwise you will end up somewhere with out it eventually. . Trust me…

I use my 2 UMC with my 2 Tesla everyday for the last 4 years to home charge the cars. I have never used the J1772 (in the glovebox) of our MX as it has free supercharging and I have not been to anywhere that I can't reach a supercharger. I have used the J1772 came with my M3 once at the chargepoint at work. You know just to see if it actually works.
