Area looks the same as when @ArchieDale posted his picture. Only difference is the windows are all boarded up so you can't see inside even if you were able to get past the fence that surrounds the area.

Stopped by today and shot a quick pic. There's been quite a bit of exterior work done. It looks like the front facade is pretty much complete except for painting. In addition to the roll up door added to the front of the building another roll up has been installed toward the rear of the right side of the building.

So wish this would open already. They don't seem to be in any hurry. Thanks for the update though.

Checked Tesla's Job openings page, and there are openings posted now for this location.

Well, some bad news. Along with the layoffs this week, they have now taken off all these job posting from Tesla site. Sooo, this one and the one in North Charlotte may be in limbo for now.

Work is still progressing on this site. Quite a few worker vehicles were on site today, the only workers I could actually see were working on electrical. The signage is now up on the building and all the doors and windows are now uncovered.
