What does this icon represent? I can't find a reference to it in the manual, and don't remember seeing it previously. Only appears when on a programmed route, and even then not all of the time.

Apologies, it wasn't meant to come over like that. It was an attempt to highlight the deja vu that I was having with at least two identical threads.
That said, as mentioned, we do not have auto lane change in the UK, at least not in the form that needs to be enabled by a button (other than off ramps, auto lane changes on EAP/FSD cars need to be manually instigated either at will or after confirming an NoA suggestion) which as suggested in other posts, is the new Navigate On Autopilot button that was previously prominently featured on the navigation list.
