I have had a very good experience with the staff there. Better service than many of the legacy dealers if you accept that it is a different model.

I had some issues at delivery but they were able to fix everything, plus another issue that occurred afterwards.

I truly fell they are good people working there.

Tesla should really value the customer experience and how some of their employees can become brand ambassadors.

I am basically getting rid of all my ICE cars and will just drive Teslas going forward.

I just picked up my MYLR from Springfield, NJ today and you just drop off the paperwork inside. Never had to show my ID, but I did tell them my name when I arrived early to see if it was ready.

I pickup up 2 cars in Paramus and one in Springfield. Everyone I've delt with at both locations were great.

I got my 2019 Model 3 stealth at the Springfield location and will never go there again. They lied to me about getting 1 year of free supercharging and free upgraded wheels. After trying to get this for months I gave up. Stay away!
