Scheduled charging greyed-out. Bug or user error?

So, I am trying to use scheduled charging and for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get it to work.

It took me a while to realize that this was accessible via that tiny > at the bottom of the screen with a "target" as big as a needle, but even now, when i get to the screen, it's greyed-out.

What am I missing? Bug or stupid user error?

Press on scheduled departure then press settings. Turn off off peak charging and preconditioning . Exit and go back to scheduled charge and turn toggle on.

I have 16 S just like you but with newer firmware.
