Seat “crunch” noise when going from easy entry to profile

Been having an annoying nuisance recently.
When I’m going from easy entry to my profile, while the seat is adjusting, I hear some crunching noise. Like some label is being scrunched. Profile to easy entry, normal.
Happens when I’m in the seat so it’s pressure related. When I’m not in the seat, everything sounds normal.
I’ve checked under and don’t see any thing worn or getting in the way (although I did see some PN labels mangled - took those out thinking sound would go away but didn’t).
I’ve isolated the sound coming from the lower back portion of the seat.
I’ve attached a video. Any ideas? I know I’m chasing the fart in the wind, but thinking someone might know before I take the car in.

Nothing abnormal the motor hums when the seat moves

See all those plastic wire tubes? Those are making the cracking noise because they are shifting. Just grab one of them and squeeze and it will sound similar.

Hmm. Checked and looked when the seat is moving I don’t see any wires/tubes shifting to make noise. I’m thinking maybe seat internals?
