Seatbelt too high over chest

I have tried to make adjustments but to no avail As it is, it touches my body at the lower part of the neck/top chest. Any suggestions. Thanks Curt.

Wife has same problem. Part of it is being too short, sitting too close to steering wheel, and the adjustment not having enough downward adjustment. I’m 6-2 and it’s comfortable.
