Struck by another car and need collision center. Went into the Tesla app and request service but after uploading photos and giving my address (or any Seattle/Bellevue address) I get an error message (attached). I can search for Portland, OR and find third-party collision centers in Seattle. Is the Bellevue Tesla Collision Center closed? Called them and message says to email. No response to email. Now planning to go to Pacific Auto for repairs when they call to schedule.
So, anyone have information on 1) local Tesla collision center, 2) experiences at Pacific Auto for collision repair?
