A couple reasons come to mind:
1) Elon can be impulsive and this would be one example.
2) With just a few days left not sure it’ll make a dent either way for Q1.
Unclear if this applies to every car regardless if they bought FSD, and it’s then turned off if they don’t subscribe or add it on delivery.
Also if ppl are not buying Teslas because of price, then adding another $200/mo expense at delivery is a hard sell.

Edit: Some evidence of the impulsivity handed to us on a platter. Who forgot how long it takes for the cameras to calibrate before FSD can even work on a new delivery…25 miles? 50 miles? 1-2 hours?

Always have a hedge or escape plan...Wouldn't it be hilarious if a "bad" P&D is and ER is already priced in, and the stock runs over 200, and all our CCs get smoked....

Net Long means good scenario to be up after P&D
.. if greedy then can alway buy far OTM money LEAPS after results are in ... esp if the FSD rides keep going without interventions for me
based on my tests/drives #of interventions is definitely down by a large %
