Sentry mode ON or OFF during PPF?

I take delivery of mY white/white w/fsd.
Tomorrow I drop it off for paint correction and application of front PPF and ceramic everything, inside and out.
I have an external SSD ready to plug in, wondering if you recommend turning on Sentry mode right away and leave it on for the 24+ hour servicing? How bad is the battery drain with it on? What minimum % do you recommend I leave the car at the shop, the shop is about 40 miles from home, so if I charged it overnight to 80%, that should be good enough? Or would you hit up a supercharger nearby the shop? Thanks for your recommendations.

Just went through this and I had to leave overnight for PPF. I left sentry mode on mostly in case of any damage to car while in shop. I didn't bother watching it as there were no issues. It loses about 1 mile per hour so you'll have plenty of juice left. If you're worried, run it up to 90% before taking it in.

It took a week to have full PPF and tint applied to my MY. Didn’t want to waste that much battery.

I wanted to have a matte finish full wrap, was quoted a week to disassemble, install and reassemble, cost over $6,000. I would love it, but just couldn't go that long and pay that much.
