Sentry mode preview on app

With the new update it is allowing you to get a preview if anything triggers the sentry mode on your car unfortunately I have tried for it to trigger and send a preview video to the app for some reason it won’t do it what am I doing wrong?

People have said it only sends a preview of the actual alarm was triggered. Not just people walking by.
