Hi there! I just had my first service on my M3P (took delivery 12/28/18). The car was in for an alignment (it arrived with the steering wheel off-center), replacing a scratched driver's side door molding (the car arrived that way) and getting its "Dual Motor" badge (which went directly into the trunk for a future owner who may actually think it adds something to the car, I do not). Sadly, as we all know, still no rear spoiler -- but that is another thread!

When my appointment was finished, I signed the paperwork acknowledging the work (no charge for any of it, of course) and asked for a copy. I was told "it will be emailed to you." Shockingly, it has not been. Do they maintain service records on our cars in some easily accessible place online or do I have to email someone and ask for them? I am old-fashioned this way and I like to keep a written record of all work done on my cars.

Any insight would be appreciated. Loving the car, BTW!!
