Service Notifikation, car won’t drive

This morning we User the car without problems. This afternoon the car wouldn’t start. Black screens. The app said that service is required. The warning came today. The car won’t drive, nothing, restart via the buttons on the wheel didn’t do anything. What could be the problem? Does anyone know?

The battery location on earlier Model S is different to the later models shown in the video. It’s somewhat harder to remove and replace as it’s is buried further back adjacent to the firewall.
I had my 12V battery replaced by Tesla and it was no more expensive than any other mechanic, plus they sent a mobile service person to do it in my garage.
So if that is all that is wrong then Tesla Arnham is your best contact.
You can also connect your car to a 12V charger using the posts behind the black nose cone on the front of your car. With sufficient 12V support your screen should come back to life, if it doesn’t, you will need to look further for the problem.
