Now that we're passed Q4 2016 earnings there are several events that have the potential of being major catalysts. Specifically, a capital raise, which I believe will come in the next few months, and a Model 3 update.
The capital raise is particularly worrying because I think it will be a cloud that limits the stock until it's announced.
What other risks am I missing? Thoughts?
