Sky Sports or BT Sport in Tesla

Has anyone found a way to watch a way to watch the TV you already subscribe to at home in the Tesla?

I know you cannot run apps like sky go but was thinking maybe it would be possible to convert the HDMI out from a sky box to an op stream that can be viewed in the web browser in the Tesla?

This would then enable you to watch anything you already pay for in the vehicle
