Slacker question

I received this response from customer service typos and all:

If the you having login trouble, please reset your touchscreen, then select "Use Tesla Login" on the sign in screen.
We no longer have access, to your log in credentials and therefore can not proved the credentials to your Slacker account.

Wow!, This could get to be an issue because I've had to reset my Slacker account after most firmware up dates

By the way, I periodically (usually after a firmware update) have to go online at Slacker.com and rest my preferences.
I am still running on the Tesla account that was enabled, when we bought our car
