Software 2024.20.1 Updating For Over A Week

I just got a 2017 model x a little over a week ago and the 2024.20.1 update has been updating since I got it. I rebooted the system multiple times, connected to WiFi at home and it has just continuously been downloading. Several times it will reach 100%, only to sit at 100% for a while and then restart again at 50%. I feel like it’s draining some battery while idle as well.

Anyone else having similar issues or know how to fix it

I’m not sure. How are you able to tell?
1) Press and hold the two buttons over (above) each scroll wheel to see if *just* the drivers display restarts.

2) Check the Processor Information: MCU1 is powered by an Nvidia Tegra 3 (ARM) processor, while MCU2 utilizes an Intel Atom E8000 series CPU (x86_64).

See 'Additional Vehicle Information' section

Infotainment processor
NVIDEA Tegra = MCU1, Intel Atom = MCU2 and M3,MY, AMD Ryzen = MCU3 and 2021 MS, MX

3) In the service menu you can you reapply a downloaded OTA. Did you contact Tesla via the mobile app (support)?
