Software download stuck

Hi there,

My Tesla mobile app shows it downloading software update 2021.44.30.14 as shown below, but it stucks at 63% for almost a day.

But my car's screen however shows 2021.44.30.11 was the latest version, and the most strange thing is that there is a green arrow stay on top.

I've already reboot the system three times but it seems the problem is still unsolved.

Does anyone have the similar experience before?

Is your car connected to WiFi? That’s required to download the update. Maybe you have another update waiting to download and the current update was cancelled. Note that if you install an update while charging, charging stops until the update is complete.

Yes, my car was connected to wifi for another 12 hours, but nothing changed... green arrow is still there, download program on app side is 63％ and the infotainment system still shows it is the latest version.
Seems need to call customer service again ...

I got the newer version(2022.4.5.1) a few hours ago, and now it is installed successfully.

You are right, it seems there are two updates push to my car in a short time, so the older version (2021.44.30.14) was stuck and skipped to the newer version(2022.4.5.1).

Our Model 3 received 3 updates over a short period of time: 2021.44.30.13 on Feb 9, 2021.44.30.14 on the 12th, then 2022.4.5.1 yesterday (14th). When it rains, it pours. 🌧
