has anyone else had this issue? it has never worked for me since they enabled the feature...the app tells me there's an update available, i tell it to install the update, and then after some time the update still hasn't been applied (and the app now says "update scheduled for xxx" where xxx is the time that i originally pressed the update button). i have yet to have a single update from the phone actually work, i've always had to go into the car and do it from there...

software update from app not working

For the 19.5.15 update I had to start the update 5 or 6 times. Even starting it from the car didn't do it. Then suddenly while I was trying to start it again I got the message Update Complete. What? But sure enough, it now showed the updated software. Hopefully it doesn't behave like that next update.
