Due to the hokey writing, this feels like spam to me, so I removed the link.

The solar cells work by pushing the neutrons present on the silicon sheet and trapping them within the magnetic field that is formed by the opposing charges in the silicon sheet.

This part is utter nonsense and has nothing to do with the photoelectric effect. Neutrons... magnetic field... sounds more like NMR. Anyhow, it's junk.
