Solar + Powerwall discount drops to $1000

I don't know when this happened or if I missed a thread sharing this, but I just noticed pricing a solar+PW package on Tesla.com the discount is only $1000 now (used to be $2500). Anyone know when this happened? Sucks for me for sitting on ordering...

I think it happened a week and a half or two weeks ago. Someone else posted about it at that time.

Powerwalls are in short supply and 3rd parties are complaining to Tesla about discounting. At the beginning of year, a friend bought 3 powerwalls and his original solar provider was $8,000 more than Tesla.
