The cellular carrier network announced it will be discontinuing its 2G network service on April 2, 2024 and migrating to 4G/5G. This decision was made by the cellular carrier and is out of our control. This means SolarEdge will no longer have the option to keep your system connected. Once the 2G network is shut down, online connection to SolarEdge and your installer will be lost.
