SOLD - 2013 Tesla Model S60 - $52,000 - Includes 4yr "ESA" + Optional "Anywhere" Ranger Service Plan

I love my 2013 60kwh ModelS - my wife and I put 15,000 miles on an epic road trip around the U.S. in 2013. I now have a P85D and my wife is taking delivery of a Sig Model-X, hopefully, in the next few weeks.
I'd rather list the car on TMC before posting to Ebay. I'm open to any input members may have about pricing and listing the car.
I'm asking $52,000 which includes transferring Tesla's 4 year Extended Service Agreement "ESA" - basically I'm asking $48,000 + the current $4k costs for the ESA. Tesla's standard warranty is good for another 10,000 miles, or 1 more year, and between 50,000-100,000 miles the ESA kicks in (covering the car until 2021). The cool thing is the ESA lasts one year longer, or 10,000 more miles, than Tesla's offers on their CPO warranty. I'm open to offering the ModelS without the ESA.
I also purchased the 4-Year Anywhere + 4 Year Extension service plan ("4+4+R") - which I can transfer with the car for an additional $4,000 - the "4+4+R" plan prepays the $600/year annual service for the next five years ($3,000 value). Most importantly, the "4+4+R" plan includes the upgraded "Unlimited Tesla Ranger Service - Anywhere" - which grandfathers in free ranger service. 4+4+R is good for five additional years, or 60,000 more miles. The 4+4 "Anywhere" Plan was only offered for a short period to early owners in 2013 when there was few service centers, and Tesla is no longer offering it on new or CPO cars. If a buyer doesn't want the Unlimited Tesla Ranger Service Anywhere plan, Tesla should refund me the remaining unused annual visits, but I think 4+4+R is ideal for someone who lives far from a service center, protecting the buyer from new per-mile costs associated with Ranger visits.
If the buyer wants the 4+4 Anywhere Plan, I'll also transfer the Tire & Wheel Replacement Program purchased through Tesla (good until January 2017) - a 3rd party, Sonsio is meant to replace tires and the 21" wheels if damaged by a road hazard.

I love the Blue Metallic paint, it's in great condition, no dings/dents. Only minor scratches by the charge port. Normal leather wear on the driver's seat and arm rest. "B" pillar has some scuffs consistent with most pre-owned Teslas (pictures of the seat and armrest are attached). I'm happy to walk through the entire car on FaceTime w/ a perspective buyer.
I can provide the car's service history.
The service team really took care of me and the service bulletins for an early model Tesla were preemptively updated under warranty - including: replacing all four door handles, new motor (Sept '15), front&rear suspension (Sept '15). If there was a squeak, the service team was on it.
I'll be happy to answer any questions about the car or my experience with Telsa Motors and driving an EV, I can provide additional photos. I really love Tesla and want this car to go to a good home.
