I restarted my phone, and also reinstalled the app, now, it says, there are no products linked to your tesla account. Should I call their customer service?

Press and hold down the two steering wheel scroll buttons, until the screen goes blank

There's also what's called a deep reboot. Hold your foot on the Brake, and press and hold the steering wheel scroll buttons until the screen goes blank

Reboot the instrument cluster/dash using the two upper steering wheel buttons.

I had an issue with connecting to WiFi.....reboot fixed. Seems to be the answer 95% of the time.
