Soo i've had my M3 for like 2 weeks and just got a chip/crack on my windshield this morning

I have Tesla insurance with $0 deductible glass, claim is submitted - what's the process from here? Hoping a mobile service because my car was JUST in service for 3 days for paint issues at delivery.

I wouldn’t file a claim for a rock chip on the windshield. Perhaps if the damage is expanding to a point where you would need to replace the windshield. Otherwise, I would just take it to Safelite, have them repair the minor damage, and eat the relatively low cost. Save the claim for more extensive repairs.

I guess that depends on your insurance. Literally every insurance I've had was 0-fault, no deductible glass repairs. They don't count against you.

Full on-cracks that are 6" or so are a different story, though - YMMV.
