Also, pricing in various countries are almost NEVER harmonized so it doesnt seem "a little weird" that there is no price cut in another country. Its absolutely positively 100% business as it has always been done, not only for cars, but for almost every retail good and service.

That’s kinda the point. If the idea is to draw more customers in one country why wouldn’t it work in another country...or countries.
 
It’s an economic principle called price discrimination.

It’s why CDs are $10 in the US but the same legit CD is $1.50 equivalent in India.

Apple being a Veblen good in China typically sells iPhones for more than the USD equivalent despite the phone being made there.

You charge what the market will bear for each country.
