Specialist traders for buying a used M3P

Hi,

I recently took a friend and his wife for a spin in my M3P. They were very impressed and suggested that it was a "space ship" compared to their 3 year old Range Rover Sport. I didn't pull any punches regarding the few niggles I've had (well 4 including a broken rear screen) but it didn't put them off and now they are in the market for one.

They don't really want to stump for a new M3P and so are looking for something in good order, around 1 year old. They've seen a couple of LR but weren't happy about the condition they were in, plus they really like the performance version.

I mentioned R Symons as a specialist dealer who may be able to help them but are there any other trustworthy Tesla specialists they can also contact please? I think I've seen a few names mentioned here but struggling to find the original threads.

Cheers

I saw this earlier today which lists the biggest volume sellers in the U.K.

And link to the article which makes the point about it being only a couple of measures and there are others.

The time to sell tells it’s a story with respect to Saxton 4x4 but the others seem to be worth a look

I should think not; they are probably use to major faults rather than niggles if they have a Range Rover :D

Tesla currently have some available:

I've noticed Cinch are also on tesla-info. Very little info on either website regarding things like autopilot which might be frustrating. You do get the odd duplicate which is a bit annoying but it makes it so much easier seeing all the ads in one place and the price history etc. so I recon a price worth paying

Be careful also not to be caught by the deliberately vague descriptions many use around FSD. 'Full self drive equipped' or 'FSD capable' type of thing are often use to imply the car has FSD when it doesn't.

Agreed - one of the things I like about tesla-info is if it sees an advert that looks like it is suggesting a car has FSD or free supercharging, maybe other things I've not spotted, it puts a warning up and a link to an information page on how to check. Websites that try and appeal to all makes of car just don't / can't go to that level of detail.
