[Speculation from render] Model 3 will feature an instrument cluster "hump".

Latest Release Candidate doesn't have it. So I'm going to file this rumor under baseless speculation.

There is clearly a hump on the dash for an instrument cluster.

The white model 3 diagonally behind the red one appears to be missing the top of the steering wheel.
Renders can be a lot of work and they do get reused.
They represent a snapshot in time.
