Spoiler delaminating

My spoiler appears to be delaminating, I'm trying to figure out if this is a protective layer that was supposed to be removed before/after installation or would I need to replace with a new spoiler? I've had the car since 2020 so I doubt service would replace it under warranty.

Is that an aftermarket spoiler? I'm assuming it is since it looks glossy. The matte finish on my MYP is holding up fine after 18 months.

First party spoiler, was installed by Tesla Service (received it for free after they fixed some delivery issues).

If its a first party spoiler, installed by Tesla, and you are not outside the 4 year 50k warranty, it should be covered like any other part during that time.

That's strange because the spoiler on my MYP is matte NOT glossy at all.

Carbon doesn't like sunlight...I see this all the time even with Nissan GTR diffusers

Update: I filed a ticket with Tesla Mobile Service, they sent someone out to replace it for free under warranty.

I wrote a Blog about the Tesla spoiler and there was a mention about it coming off, and the Tesery spoiler doesn't come off easily.

Mine did the same thing, Tesla mobile service dude tried to tell me that since my car had PPF applied, the spoiler was removed and 'is not' covered under warranty. A quick hand shake and wink wink later, he installed a new one for me and even had a spare one that he installed on my wife's M3 for way under retail
