It seems the Spotify client in the music player doesn't respect my account's home country. It appears to always use my current location (or perhaps the car's region settings) as the basis for requesting the catalogue of songs, even though Spotify Premium accounts are not supposed to have geo-blocking based on client location. I tested this by listing a playlist on both the MCU and my phone, and the MCU has certain songs greyed out whilst my phone has access to all songs. Tried rebooting the MCU to no avail. Does anyone have similar experiences with using Spotify accounts from a different region?
