Squirrels made a nest and damaged wire. Pest abatment guy got rid of the nest and fixed the wire (looks like string/optimizer wire), I am only seeing 13/26 panels on my solaredge app. Does anyone know if i need to replace the optimizer (could have failed due to short circuit). Tesla wants to charge $2150 cause they have to check every single panel to make sure there is no damage to other panels. Please see attached pictures.
