Starship Torch

My Starship Torch arrived today and you're supposed to twist left to unscrew the top to fill it with butane and then once filled twist it right to lock it back on. The problem is the instructions are incorrect and what you actually have to do is the exact opposite, twist right to remove and twist left to tighten back on. So either the instructions are wrong or torch was designed incorrectly. This wasn't an inexpensive SpaceX merchandise, so I am a bit disappointed considering how long we had to wait for it to finally get delivered.

Another thing I realized is the amount of taxes on my purchase. Not only was I charged the California State tax but also CA County Tax, CA Special Tax and a CA City Tax. WTF?! Why are those other taxes there when on every other purchase it's just the state tax?
