Don't use Teslfi or any apps that prevent the car from sleeping. They drain the battery and are pretty pointless.

If you read the other range threads, they'll say the cars rated range is only applicable when unplugging and driving the 2XX miles to your destination in the right conditions.

You've said it yourself, short journeys. The car uses power to heat and cool the cabin and pack. It's cold. I'm guessing your wh/m is closer to 320 than it is to 240.

Combine these and that's why your range is low than "rated".

What makes you think Teslafi prevents your car from sleeping, it doesn't mine.
Maybe you should look at Teslafi settings or avoid using the app to check on the car.

Never had a problem with my car sleeping and I have the evidence thanks to TeslaFi.

Sounds pretty normal. My 2020 3LR used about 5% of battery to do a 14 mile, mixed city and highway drive round trip in summer and about 10% for the same journey in winter with the resistive heater on.

Weighing in on this thread from my trip yesterday. I charged to 250 before I left and was highway driving 97% of this section of the trip. Used the heat about 70% of the time as outdoor temp was 41.
