Sterling, VA Tesla Service Center?

Has anyone used this location? If so, what has been your experience?

I didn’t think it was open yet?

It’s not listed on the Tesla website, but I know they’ve been actively hiring techs for its eventual opening...

When I scheduled service in the Tesla app, they provided this location as an option, and I chose it, as the wait time for an appointment was 2.5 weeks sooner than Tyco Rd. Maybe they are doing limited work out of the location? I need a windshield, so potentially glass work only?

according to some folks on Facebook it’s initial opening will be next week

Today, 8/3, is the first day of the Sterling Service Center. I just completed my 2 year service with a couple added small warranty issues and they took care of them and had me on my way in a couple hours. Contactless dropoff as well. Overall a very good experience.

What did your 2 year service appointment consist of? I’ve had my Model 3 for 2 years now, never thought to bring it in for a yearly service.
