stopping podcasts for phone calls

I'm sure there's an easy answer to this.
Just got my first tesla last week. model y!
I have been playing my podcasts on my phone and using bluetooth to get them on the car speakers.
When a phone call comes in, it doesn't stop my podcast and I have to try and speak over it or struggle around trying to turn the podcast off/pause.
Is there an easy way to make the podcast quiet/pause while I talk on the phone?

Press in the left scroll wheel to pause the Podcast. I’ve noticed this problem when Tesla reads my text messages to me. The podcast doesn’t pause and I start to feel over stimulated from everyone talking at once. Lol

That's weird, the phone should pause any 'music' apps when a call comes in. Nothing to do with the Tesla. Possibly the podcast app doesn't obey that.
