Strange noise when using phone in car

I have a Galaxy S21 5G phone. My model S is 5 years old and my phone is a couple years old. Out of the blue while using my phone in the car I got a weird interruption. It's hard to describe what it sounds like, but I guess the closest is when maybe your screen on the TV gets interrupted and the picture scrambles with a noise? The mechanics are stumped.. I've taken it in, did a soft reset, a hard reset and nothing.. goes away sometimes for a day or so, but always comes back .. Has anyone had any issues like this?

I use that phone in my 2020 S without issues. Does it sound like a burst of static? Could it be another call coming in to the phone, or a text coming in, or some other notification the phone is receiving causing a brief interruption?
