Is the Summon feature available on a UK Model 3 without the FSD upgrade? I know Smart Summon is an FSD feature but I'm not sure about Summon (reverse into a tight space). Even Tesla's own website isn't clear - it seems to imply it's there but maybe it's referring to a Model S??
