Summon with Key Fob - Model X

Auto Park and summon are not active on the X with the Key Fob. Summon is only available from the phone App. and Auto park is only available by "double" pressing the Park Button. However, once auto park is started with the Park Button, pressing any button on the key for will immediately stop the X.
 
I just got my Model X Wednesday. When I try and sign into the Tesla app it say "no vehicles linked to this my tesla account. " I texted my delivery specialist and got no response. I assume they still need to enter the VIN into their system. Anyone else have this problem when they first got their Tesla?

Took about 2 hr for my MX showing up in the App after I picked it up.

It took mine just over 72 hours back in July. I have no idea why it can't be ready to go at delivery.
 
Yes, it takes about a day or two to link up.

Well, I am on day 5 without the ability to link up. Hopefuly it will work tomorrow when i take it to the paint protection shop and put it in valet mode. I guess I have until Thursday when they finish to take it out of valet mode remotely so service can pick it up and take care of a few fit finish items.

If you put it into valet mode, the detailer cannot open the frunk.

How is he/she going to wrap the film under the hood?
 
Any idea when summon will be released for the fob on the X?

This seems like it should be "if" rather than when. All of the recent changes to Summon have been to restrict it more, not to make it easier.

Since they chose not to give us keyfob Summon initially, I doubt it will come soon if at all.

There are now options to Summon with an Apple Watch, though, and it sounds like an Android Wear version is coming very soon, too.

Day 9 of ownership and still unable to use Tesla App because: "no vehicle linked to this my tesla account" when I try and log in. I talked to delivery specialist who said he would get IT to solve it on Monday. Has anyone else had to wait over a week to sign in to their Tesla app?
 
My fob control for the summons command was effective immediately after the last update.

If the other new features are working, such as 2nd double-tap to open Passenger door (which I absolutely love) is working, then you should contact the service center. If none of the new features are active, then perhaps the update did not install properly, and a call to Tech Support should help.
