Anyone else have Navigate on Autopilot constantly get disabled after parking? Every time I go to drive I have to turn it back on, lane assist back on, etc. The settings don't stick.

Ended up fixing it by making the notch in the charger a little wider. Like 1mm, that's it and it all works fine. I think the thing about tolerances was it.

Yeah, same problem I had with a Model S, so I suspect its the cable that's out of spec. I've seen there were differences on Gen 1 vs Gen 2 before. Mine is the wall charger, so hard wired in, but they could replace just the cable. I have a service email in to see.

I got driven in NYC in an Escalade yesterday and it made me appreciate the X's ride quality a whole lot. The low CG keeps it from having rocking motion on bumps.

It did and then the last firmware upgrade made it very fast.

We have our kids in the way way back, which leaves the middle free for me during the week (for lunches, etc) but still able to take both kids to school. We find it works really well. But they are 3 and 7. With a baby we would have put them in the middle and the older in the back.

Trunk opening speed increased, not sure if anyone noticed that.

The latest update dynamically adjusts the climate based on sun angle, and I found this works really well when the sun rises up and shines directly in.

I just trained my kids to say "stay clear of the closing door" like we're on a sub way. Also I put it so they can't open the door from the back, I open it from the front control panel. My kids are 7 and 3.

No issues except the FWD's are making a groan noise at the top, but doesn't effect functionality at all. They are fixing this when I bring it to service in two weeks.

It's not a critical issue by any means but I've noticed that when auto closing the front drivers window, it closes and makes a bit of a noise like it's going farther up than necessary into the seal. Anyone ever see/hear this? Is there a way to recalibrate how far up the window goes?

I had a ranger out who took off the moulding. Its the pinch guard sliding and looks like it can be fixed with a slight tweak of the plastic. Not a huge issue. It occurs on only one of my doors, not the other.

Same. Also the fact that I leased a 60D which isn't available anymore so if I had waited it'd cost over 15k more.

The noise is the sliding pinch guard on the hinge. Annoying a bit but harmless.

I've had my X for a month and put 40 miles of autopilot in stop and go on it daily. 8.0 is a vast improvement. I also love the UI changes. The media player needs work but I have yet to have a car who's player didn't. Maybe I'm a minority here?

I came to my 60D X from a BMW and have a MB GL450. Far less "nit picky" things on the X. There is a trim alignment issue on the back left fender, but Tesla is sending a ranger out to address. Other than that, nothing much. The BMW was back in right after I got it for a variety of things. Cars...

Got it last night. Love the UI. Media player needs a bit of work,hopefully with spotify soon. The autopilot sensors and display is better and the FWD speed is nice. All in all it's amazing to go to bed with one car UI and wake up to a new one.

I park four stories under ground so can't use summon unless they bring it to the fob.

I have the kids in the third row because I then have a very comfortable sedan during the day if I need to take people anywhere (lunch, meetings, etc). More than enough space in the car in the back, under the back shelf, up front and on the floor in the second row if I need it.

I'm at 33% right now, 120 miles driven. I've gotten more comfortable with the range so do two days of normal commuting between charges.

On my commute to work I see 250-330 Wh/mile. That's using auto-pilot for the most part. 22 mile commute all freeway.

I've gotten about 87-90% efficiency, especially highway driving with auto-pilot. So pretty close to 200 per.

Running changes in software deployments aren't all that unusual.

In the third row I have a Britax Boulevard for my 3 year old (front facing) and a Britax Frontier for my 7 year old. They fit a bit tightly in the third row but do fine. Only thing is it distributes the weight to the edges of the seat so right now the car doesn't register that they are in them...

I've found that children seats in the back distribute the weight off the seat center which causes the occupancy sensor to not register. I might have to stick a pad or something under the seats to trigger it.

It's really comfortable. No complaints at all.

My prior car had 350hp. They think it has 730hp.

The site used to have HP rating but doesn't anymore. The sticker doesn't either. Google returns 323 hp if you ask it. I emailed my service tech. I'd rather not have to shop as it's the agent my parents have used since I was little. She's great.

I think they looked it up based on a P90D? They claimed it had 700 hp. Is there any form of documentation I can send my agent to prove its only 323hp?
