Yeah, the Intel Atom processor isn't very powerful, but it runs the systems for car/driving/navigation just fine. The other apps like Netflix/browser/Youtube etc are painfully slow. I suspect they are not optimized, and I don't expect them to ever be. It's too much energy for things that have marginal use I guess...
I especially expect them to be forgotten since there's a new Ryzen processor now that's much more powerful. That's what the development team will focus on and we'll be quickly forgotten
