Does anyone know why it shows on the maps it is still closed? It's been like that for weeks the power might be on and working but as soon we try to navigate to it. It says it's closed

Plugged in right now, Supercharger has been back online since the 3rd. The map icon shows closed, but the information pop-up shows stalls available as it would with an open location.

It was previously working, even though the maps reported offline. It was working slow. Now the chargers are off again.
