Was there Sunday,11/12/23. Charger 2D would not couple. Laid the cable down per a suggestion from Joe, owner of a red 2012 Model 3.

I'm not sure if laying it down is a good idea. Sometimes people put a plastic bag on the handle but leave it hanging so it doesn't end up in a water puddle/mud puddle/etc if it rains or snows.

And did you call the 800 to let Tesla know? It is the same number for roadside assistance - you just tell them when they answer you want to report a bad unit and they transfer you to that group...
